Antelope Valley Health Neighborhood

The AV Health Neighborhood began in 2015 and works to utilize current and existing resources from the community in order to increase access to care, integration of services, and work together on population health issues. AVHN has assembled diverse stakeholders such as mental health providers, school districts, state and local governments, and many others to help meet the needs of the Antelope Valley Community!
